- Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the sale of tickets for the school musical production (the “Event”) by the School (the “Organizer”). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Ticket Purchase: Tickets can be purchased through the Organizer’s website or in person at the school box office. All tickets must be purchased prior to the Event.
- Refunds and Exchanges: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except in the case of a cancelled Event. If the Event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a refund.
- Admission: Admission to the Event is subject to the Organizer’s right of admission. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any person, or to eject any person from the Event, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms and conditions, or for behaving in a manner that has or could detract from the enjoyment of the Event by others.
- Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited at the Event: weapons, illegal drugs, outside food or drink, and any other items that the Organizer deems to be a potential safety hazard or nuisance.
- Photography and Recording: The use of cameras, recording devices, and other electronic equipment for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability: The Organizer will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of your attendance at the Event, except in the case of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organizer.
- Changes to the Event: The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event, including but not limited to the performers, programme, and venue.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the event is held.
- Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Organizer in relation to the sale of tickets for the Event, and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings (whether oral or written) between you and the Organizer.
