1987
The Heritage Private School begins in Moni, a village near Limassol, with only six pupils.
1988
The School moves from Moni to the centre of Limassol. The number of students increases to 22.
1989
The UK National Curriculum is introduced to the School. The Kindergarten is created for children from 2 years of age. The number of students increases to 50.
1990
The upper floor of the main building is taken over to accommodate the increasing number of students, which by the end of the academic year reaches 105. A playing field is rented.
1991
The School has by now developed the first year of Secondary education. Student numbers reach 207 and the staff number increases to 23. A third building is acquired.
1992
The School acquires a fourth building as the Secondary Department has grown. By now, there is 230 students.
1993
The number of students increases to 270.
1994
Twenty donums of land are purchased, 4.5km north of the Troodos roundabout, with the idea of building a new school site.
1995
The Council of Ministers approve, in principle, the construction of the School on the new site.
1996
The fifth building is acquired. The student age range now encompasses ages 2 years to 18 years.
1998
Forty additional donums of land are purchased, adjoining the original purchased land.
1999
A sixth building is rented to improve the facilities of the School, especially the library and administration areas.
2000
Architectural plans of the new School are submitted for a town-planning permit.
2001
A further thirty-two donums of additional land are purchased at the proposed new site. Another building is rented to accommodate the Secondary Department.
2003
Yet another building is rented, in order to better meet the needs of the pre-Key Stage Department.
2004
A permit is given for the building to begin. Construction starts on the 1 December 2004.
2007
The School finally moves to its new site.
2008
The School proudly holds the prestigious British Council International School Award (ISA) for “Outstanding Development of the International Dimension in the Curriculum”.
2012
The School celebrates its 25th Anniversary! The new Early Years School is completed and opened, to accommodate more children from Nursery to Year 1, and the FIFA Star 1 full-size football pitch becomes operational. The rest of the Stadium area and facilities continue developing.
2014
The new state-of-the-art Heritage Multifunction Hall is completed and opened.
2016
The School’s Cafeteria is extended, new classrooms added and the Primary School gets a brand new entrance.
2017
The School is awarded seven CY GPP (Green Public Procurement) environmental awards.
2018
The School is the only school in Cyprus to hold the prestigious British Council International School Award (ISA) for “Outstanding Development of the International Dimension in the Curriculum”. The Heritage has consistently held ISA status since 2008.

The new purpose built Technology Centre opens in September. It houses Year 5 & 6 students, a new Fitness Centre, the main Admission office and shop.

The School receives an additional GPP award for this energy class A building.2019
The School proudly wins 6 Cyprus Education Leaders Awards; two gold Awards in the categories of ‘Digital Education’ and ‘Facilities and Infrastructure’, and four Bronze Awards in the categories of ‘Developing Leadership Skills’, ‘International Educational Collaboration’, ‘Community Ties’ and ‘Cultivating Environmental Awareness’.

The School becomes a European Parliament Ambassador EPAS School.

The Heritage Eco-Park opens as well as the He@lthMe Cafeteria. In addition, the School is awarded a Green Office Award by CYMEPA, wins another 3 CYGPP Awards (11 CYGPP Awards in total) and is re-awarded the ISA 2019-2022.
