We offer exclusive Fitness sessions to all (students, staff, parents, the public), by appointment only, at our Fitness centre in the Technology Building and on our spacious sports facilities.

These sessions include:

  • Personal training
  • Small group training (Maximum 5)
  • Large group fitness classes (e.g., dance aerobics, stretching, functional training, HIIT training, trampoline workout, step class)
  • Online training
