One of the great bonuses of studying at The Heritage Private School must be its stunning location, with views towards both sea and mountains.

Our campus is in easy reach of Limassol, surrounding areas, and just a short and pleasant drive from the highway, making the School very accessible wherever families are located in Cyprus. Busy parents will also be pleased to learn that the School arranges a bus service to collect students from various locations around Limassol. Return bus trips are available at the end of school, and also at later times, allowing students to take part in after-school activities. Alternatively, we have ample car parking to suit those who prefer to drive their children to and from school.

Classrooms
Inside the school, visitors are always impressed by how the innovatively-designed gentle curves of the buildings contain all the essentials to support effective learning. Well-lit classrooms with interactive whiteboards, projectors, heating and air conditioning provide a vibrant yet comfortable environment in which to learn all year round. Creative displays of work enhance the classrooms and corridors, and students’ belongings are tidily and safely stored in individual lockers.

ICT Laboratories
The students have access to suites of computers in the ICT Laboratories in both the Primary and Secondary Schools, where the internet can be used in a safe environment. These rooms are used for specific ICT and Computing lessons, which is taught as a separate subject as well as being fully incorporated throughout the wider curriculum.

Learning Resource Centre
The Learning Resource Centre (LRC) is situated on the first floor of the Secondary School building and contains the well-stocked and much-used school library. It also provides a quiet and orderly place with desks, computers and books for research and homework assignments, for the older students to use during study periods. The LRC is supervised by a full-time Librarian from 7:40 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. every weekday in term-time. The LRC is intended for the use of the whole school and so books may be borrowed by all students and staff throughout the School, from Early Years to Secondary. In addition, the Early Years School and Primary School have their own stock of age-appropriate books, again for the use of all students, staff and parents.

Drama Studios and Music Rooms
Two of the greatest gifts children have are their imagination and creativity, and The Heritage Private School encourages all students to build on their talents, both in class and in their spare time. Performing arts are particularly strong at the School, and the drama studios and sound-insulated music rooms serve the students well in their lessons, training and rehearsals.

School Cafeterias
The School Cafeteria on the ground floor of the Secondary School building is open daily in term time and provides drinks, snacks and nourishing hot and cold food, most of which is home-cooked on the premises. The Cafeteria offers fresh rolls and sandwiches and also has a lunch menu with tasty dishes such as Meatballs with Pourgouri, Gingered Seafood Noodles and Pennine Macaroni with Chicken. Various types of salads such as tuna, chicken and crab are also available, and a vegetarian alternative is always offered.

The He@lthMe cafeteria on the ground floor of the Technology Building serves freshly made juices, smoothies, coffees, teas and organic salads, wraps and snacks. It is a great place for parents and external visitors to relax and enjoy organic food and beverages.

Sports Facilities
The Heritage Private School strongly supports the role of sports both in and beyond the curriculum for the valuable part it plays in health and fitness, practical skills, communication and team-building, amongst many other advantages.

We are very proud of all of our sporting facilities, and we are keen to utilise them as much as possible for the benefit of our students, parents/guardians and the local community. We therefore actively seek links with professional sportspersons and clubs, for both personal inspiration and practical coaching. Examples include our links with the local rugby club, the Limassol Crusaders, and with professional football coaches.

In addition, we have a Basketball Academy and a Football Academy, both open to non-Heritage students.

The facilities at the School’s Stadium area are also available to hire for community and private sporting events. If you wish to make a booking, or would like to visit the School and view the Stadium facilities with regard to a potential booking for an event, then please contact us.
