On 18 May, in the beautiful Heritage Amphitheatre, our students gave a powerful performance of the life of composer Mikis Theodorakis.

We wish to congratulate our cast for a most spectacular and moving performance. Theodorakis’ life was dramatised by the students and actual footage and photographs of his life created the backdrop to these dramatisations. Our students performed with passion, evoking tears of sadness and joy in the audience! The audience sang along to the famous tunes of Theodorakis and were overjoyed with the exuberant Zorba dance by the cast.

A big thank you goes to the Greek Department for producing this event, the Music Department for their invaluable contribution and to all who helped to make the evening such a success.
