We are extremely proud of our student Marika Stephanou who participated in the Slam Poetry Cyprus 2019 Competition on 18 March and was one of the six selected to compete in the finals.

Marika competed against adult writers and poets and made us very proud when she recited her own poem entitled, ‘A Mockery of Melancholy’. We wish her the best of luck and look forward to watching her perform together with experienced, international poetry slammers from Norway, Spain, Greece, Sweden, Germany and Hungary!
