On 8 March, the Russian Department together with Russian speaking students, organised a special event to celebrate Mother’s Day – the annual Russian Spring Poetry Concert!

70 students from Years 7-10 recited poems from the Russian Silver Epoch (beginning of the 20th century) with musical accompaniment. Parents, Heritage families and Senior students in the audience were touched with the passionate performances.

There was everything in the concert: emotions, laughter, tears and flowers!

 It was a truly special event, which demonstrated the talents of the Heritage students!
