The Mathematics Department, together with Secondary School students celebrated Pi Day on 14 March, which marks the annual celebration of Pi Day, as this date can be written as 3/14, which is the commonly used decimal approximation for π (3.14). It also happens to be Albert Einstein’s birthday. 

At the Heritage Private School, our love for Mathematics is like π: irrational, constant and infinite. We therefore enjoyed our favourite Mathematics Day with pies, fun learning activities and challenges. Well done to everyone involved!
