5 September 2020

We would like to confirm that school will begin this Monday 7 September 2020, as planned, following the detailed procedures which were previously sent to all parents. Government issued protocols will be adhered to and measures are in place for extreme weather conditions. We look forward to welcoming all our students back and wish our students and staff a productive year ahead.

In accordance with the latest Government directive, we are now happy to invite all Nursery, Pre-Reception and Reception students to school from tomorrow 15 June 2020.

We would like to announce that following the formal announcement by the Ministry of Education, our Nursery, Pre-Reception and Reception students will return to school from Tuesday 9 June 2020.

15 May 2020

We would like to inform you that a decision has been made by the Ministry of Education that students from Year 1 to Year 9 only, will return to school from Thursday 21 May 2020.

Nursery, Pre-Reception and Reception teachers will continue to teach remotely from home.

We would like to announce that as of Thursday 21 May 2020, lessons for Nursery through to Year 9 will resume at School. Year 10-13 lessons will continue remotely. Examinations will be held in June for Years 6-10. Detailed arrangements and instructions will be emailed directly to our parents/guardians.

Cambridge International and Pearson Edexcel will not hold any General Qualification examinations in May and June 2020 globallyBoth have stated that they will remain committed to ensuring that all students internationally receive a grade and a certificate, allowing them to progress to further study, university or employment. The Examination Boards will work with schools in order to provide students with this opportunity.

We would like to inform you that in accordance with the guidelines that the President of the Republic of Cyprus announced on 23 March, our School premises will be closed for the duration of the nationwide lockdown period. Remote teaching for all our students will continue as usual.

14 March 2020

In light of the President’s announcement last night, we confirm that our school will remain closed until 10 April 2020. We would like to reassure you that Primary and Secondary Senior Management Team and our Information System Manager have been meeting and will continue to liaise closely, to decide on the best way forward given the extended school closure. The measures put in place for this coming week will continue as planned and we will inform you during the course of the week about how we will proceed thereafter. We are looking into the best system to offer online lessons that are more interactive.

12 March 2020

As announced by the Ministry of Education, all schools across Cyprus must close from Friday 13 March 2020 up to and including Friday 20 March 2020, as a precautionary measure to hinder the spread of COVID-19.

Attendance and lessons in School, including all Mock Examinations, will be suspended from Friday 13 March 2020 and for all of the following week. 

We have been informed by the Ministry of Education that parents, students, external visitors including suppliers, are not allowed to enter the School premises, which means that both cafeterias, the book and uniform shop, as well as the fitness centre will remain closed.

Parents have received a letter detailing the online educational programme which all students will be expected to follow during this time. 

No school in Cyprus, including ours, has had any confirmed cases of COVID-19.
