Administration

The Administration Department at The Heritage Private School encompasses the School Offices, the School Shop, Accounts, the Cafeteria and Facilities Management, all overseen by the Director of Administration, Mrs Zoe Kouris.

The two School Offices are the busy and efficient first points of contact for parents and visitors to the School.

There is a School Office located in the Primary School, where the administrative matters for the Kindergarten and Primary School are dealt with by the Primary School Manager, Mrs Julie Phillips.

In the Secondary School the main School Administration Office is located just inside the main entrance to the Secondary School building, and is staffed by three Administrators, who also look after the day-to-day running of the School Shop.

The School Administration Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during term time, Monday to Friday.

During school holidays the office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
